This system allows you to browse scheduled events and request space in Campus Center (Campus Center and Hemenway Hall) at your leisure and convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are requesting a space within two (2) business days, please call our office at (808) 956-2525.  You will need to stop in to the office to fill out a form.

Contact Campus Center Meeting & Event Services for assistance with any of your event production needs on campus. Whether you need tables, chairs, sound systems or event technicians, feel free to inquire.

If an observed holiday occurs on a Monday or Friday, the weekend is considered a Holiday Weekend.




 

 

 

REQUEST AN ACCOUNT

  1. Move cursor over "My Account" and select "Create an Account".
  2. Enter your personal information and select "Save" for your request to be submitted.
  3. IMPORTANT: In the "Notes" section, include your affiliation (for example: name of UH Department, name of Registered Independent Organization (RIO), name of outside group or private individual, etc.). 
  4. Please allow five (5) business days for your account request to be processed, if you are unable to log in after five (5) business days please call the MES office at 956-2525.
LOG IN/LOG OUT
  1. Log In:
    • Move cursor over "My Account" and select "Log In".
    • Enter the entire e-mail address (ex: ccmes@hawaii.edu) you submited with your account request and password.  (this may not be the same as your UH account).
  2. Log Out:

    • Move cursor over "My Account" and select "Log Out." 

NOTE: Remember to Log Out of the system to protect your account.

FIND AVAILABLE SPACE

  1. Move cursor over "Browse" and select "Browse for Space".
  2. If you want to view a specific date, click on the "Filter" link at the top right portion of the calendar.
  3. Make a note of the room(s)/table area(s) you desire and follow the instructions under "Request a Space".

BROWSE EVENTS

  1. Move cursor over "Browse" and select "Browse Events". A monthly calendar of events will appear on the screen.
  2. To filter the calendar, click on the "Filter" tab.

 

REQUEST A SPACE

  1. Move cursor over "My Account" and select "Log In".
    Enter account e-mail and password and select "Login"

    NOTE: An account is required to log in to the reservation system, if you would like to request for an account please refer to "Create an Account".

  2. Move cursor over "Reservations" and select "Room Request"

    NOTE: Requests are accepted via this online system up to two (2) business days before the event date.  Events for Saturdays and Sundays should be requested at least 10 days in advance.

  3. Enter "Appointment Time", "Location Information", "Setup Information" and select "Find Space" to view all available rooms.
  4. Add a room/table into your cart by selecting the "+" icon located to the left of the name of the room/table area. 
  5. Repeat this process for additional rooms. Select "Continue" to complete the "Room Reservation Details".
  6. Complete the details and scroll to the bottom of hte page and click "Submit Reservation" to complete your request.
  7. Your reservation request will be complete when an MES member has reviewed and confirmed your request. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to those listed as the 1st or 2nd contact.

VIEW REQUEST STATUS

  1. Move cursor over "My Account" and select "Log In".
  2. Enter account e-mail and password and select "Login"
  3. Move cursor to "Reservations" and select "View My Request".
  4. Requests are grouped by "Pending" or "Approved".
